The Ministry supports the Hon. Minister in exercising his powers within the Constitution and the law. The Hon. Minister is the representative of the Crown in all land matters and holds concurrently the functions of the Registrar General and Surveyor General.

Office of the Chief Executive Officer
The Office of the CEO is responsible for managing and executing the duties that are related to strategic directives, high level public official and private sector executive contacts and communications. This involves process implementation, senior executive assignments, national and international public events, and ensuring that the Ministry as a whole deliver against deadlines ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered.

Corporate Services Division
This division provides support to the Office of the CEO with the overall management of the Ministry as well as facilitating requested essentials from other internal divisions to enable the delivery of their respective external outputs. This division is comprised of four sections; Human Resources, Finance, and Information Communication Technology.
